This QAP process has been developed in line with 'best practice'.
All Recstra Certified Recruiters™ agree to follow the below to maintain their certification.

Quality Assurance Program

Once you have been matched with a client and agree to work with the project, the following must occur:

  1. Take Job Order (as per Template)

  2. Update Job on ATS and ensure corresponding Action is completed

  3. Complete Candidate Search Process

    1. Write & Place Online Ad via ATS (as per Template)
    2. Search ATS for existing relevant Candidates
    3. Mapping and Blast via Social Media
  4. Candidate Response & Phone Screen (as per Template)

    1. Candidate relevant and engaged - proceed to next step
    2. Candidate rejected or not interested - give feedback & record in ATS
  5. Candidate Interview (as per Template)

    1. Candidate relevant and engaged - proceed to next step
    2. Candidate rejected or not interested - give feedback & record in ATS
  6. Create Candidate Profile & Send to Client

    1. Candidate/Client relevant and engaged - proceed to next step
    2. Candidate/Client rejected or not interested - give feedback & record in ATS
  7. Client Candidate Interview

    1. Candidate/Client relevant and engaged - provide feedback to both parties proceed to next step
    2. Candidate/Client rejected or not interested - give feedback & record in ATS

    *It is important to note that the number of Candidate/Client interviews will be unique to each Client Project

  8. Candidate to complete testing if required

    1. Candidate/Client relevant and engaged - provide feedback to both parties proceed to next step
    2. Candidate/Client rejected or not interested - give feedback & record in ATS
  9. Complete References x2 (as per Template)

    1. Candidate/Client relevant and engaged - provide feedback to both parties proceed to next step
    2. Candidate/Client rejected or not interested - give feedback & record in ATS
  10. Manage Offer

    1. Positive Outcome - formalise contract & close project in ATS
    2. Candidate/Client rejected or not interested - give feedback & record in ATS

Please note it is incumbent on the Recstra Certified Recruiter™ to apply to actions in ATS
at EVERY step to ensure reporting/invoicing is accurate.
