How do I post a job?

Now that’s the easy part. All you need to do is click the ‘Post a Job’ button – answer a few questions and one of our Client Engagement Team will give you a call. There is no obligation whatsoever until you agree terms and engage a Recstra Certified Recruiter™

What does it cost me?

Very good question and I’m glad you asked! You have the option of engaging a Recstra Certified Recruiter™ at 3 different levels – depending on experience. The hourly rate will be dependent on which level of Recruiter you require for your role. The minimum spend is 4 hours and the price of an online ad.

On average it takes our Recstra Certified Recruiters™ between 18-25 hours to complete your role. This equates to an average 80% saving on traditional recruitment pricing methods.

Explain this ‘pay by the hour’ model?

It’s simple really. Our Recstra Certified Recruiters™ log every single part of the process in our interactive ATS (interviews, writing ads, reference taking etc.). This equates to actual hours spent on the project. You receive an itemised weekly invoice detailing every single action the Recruiter performed - and you remit the agreed hourly fee.

How do I know you won’t rip me off?

I get it… the relationship between client and recruiter can sometimes be a rocky one, but not with Recstra. We have an internal Auditor who follows up with candidates to ensure our Recruiter has done what they said they would do. Not only that your itemised invoice gives you complete transparency over our invoicing. We also offer an ironclad guarantee if you are not happy with the quality of the work performed. And finally our unique rating system demands that our recruiters hit a 4 star minimum standard and adhere to our Quality Assurance Program to maintain their certification.

How does your guarantee work?

We want to build long-term relationships and as such value the quality of the service our Recstra Certified Recruiters™ deliver. We have processes in place to ensure that this quality is central to every hour of work completed. If our Recruiter does not follow the QAP we offer a 100% money back guarantee.

What if I want to use the same Recruiter again?

Just call us on 1300 RECSTRA (732 787) and if the Recstra Certified Recruiter™ you requested is available… consider it done!

What if I only want part of the recruitment service?

That is the beauty of the Recstra model. You pay only for the hours your Recruiter works. You have complete control over your spend. If your Recruiter delivers you candidates and you want to complete the rest of the process yourself… you complete it. If you want Recstra to complete the references only… that’s fine we will do that for you. The only caveat is that you must spend a minimum of 4 hours with us.

What recruitment tools do your recruiters have at their disposal?

I don’t want to go into too much detail (it would blow your mind), but our Recstra Certified Recruiters™ have access to cutting edge tools to ensure they offer you the best possible recruitment solutions. From our fully integrated ATS with job posting facilities… to global social media penetration… to automated communication and tracking tools. We offer it all. It’s recruitment as is should be.

Can I liaise directly with your recruiter?

Of course you can. As soon as you engage your Recstra Certified Recruiter™ they become an extension of your own workforce for the entirety of the project. You will have complete access to them and every facet of their process.

Can Aquaman swim faster than a shark?

According to @Clark_El tells us that Aquaman can swim at speeds of up to 150mph for up to 4 hours. @comicfan11 refutes this and says that Aquaman swims at supersonic speeds putting him at between Mach 5-10. @Jorgevy goes one step further saying Aquaman could probably go faster than Mach 10. How they got those facts is beyond me – let’s hope they haven’t made them up! So… if we believe the good folk at it is fair to say that Aquaman can quite easily out swim a shark.
