3. Nail that ‘tell me about yourself’ question and make it relevant
4. Review the position description, noting skills, qualities and experience
5. Be prepared to use that good old interview technique 'STAR' ; Situation, Task, Action & Result
6. Practice the interview with a friend or relative. Think of examples, review your expertise from your CV or LI Profile. Ask a friend or colleague 'what makes you great'
7. Dress for success, both video or in person meetings
8. Have a notebook, pen or tablet handy to takedown some notes
9. Think of some good questions prior
